Order and Delivery Policy

Orders may only be placed by persons over 18 years of age and must be paid in full before any goods will be despatched.

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, and typically despatch all orders on Monday – Thursday. Deliveries are usually via Fastway, local couriers and Australia Post, so depending on your location should arrive within 3-7 days (some remote areas may take longer).

If there is no-one at the delivery address to receive the order the courier will leave a call card. Deliveries of wine will not be made to anyone under 18 years of age and proof of age may be required.

If special delivery instructions have been advised, goods will be left as authorised, however La Cantina King Valley or our carrier will not be liable for any loss of damage in such instances.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Should your delivery of La Cantina King Valley wines be damaged in anyway (ie. broken bottles, incorrectly packed or faulty) please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation promptly.

All wines proved to be spoiled will be replaced.  This may include having the delivery picked up and returned to La Cantina King Valley and a replacement order sent or a total refund of any amount paid.

Should you need to return your purchase or request a refund, please contact us.

Customer Service Policy

If goods you have ordered are not available at the time of your purchase, you will be notified within 48 hrs via email or phone to arrange an alternative. You may elect to:

Receive alternative wines at an equal price,

Receive a refund, or

Place your order on back order to receive at a later date when the wine becomes available.
