At La Cantina King Valley, we are proud that all our wines are grown and made by us on site from grape to glass. As a result, we are pleased to offer a number of contract viticultural and winemaking services for other grape growers and wineries.

Our winery has been designed and built to cater for boutique winemaking from grape to glass, specialising in smaller parcels of fruit from 1-15t in size.

As well as complete grape to glass winemaking, we also offer individual processes including fruit receival and pressing/juicing, fermentation management, stabilisation and clarification, filtration and bottling and packaging.

Contract viticultural services include – mechanical leaf plucking, harvesting, hedging, cane raking, spraying (fungicide and under vine) and slashing.
